Meet Sara Gardiner-Davis

Hi, I’m Sara

MSW, LSW

Sara Gardiner-Davis is a compassionate and creative therapist with over 10 years of experience in the social work field, working with diverse populations across a variety of settings. She believes that therapy is not one-size-fits-all and enjoys getting to know each client as an individual, tailoring her approach to their unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Sara draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. She also enjoys incorporating play and art-based interventions, offering clients creative ways to explore emotions, build coping skills, and express themselves.

Sara strives to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. Her approach balances practical tools and skill-building with compassion, creativity, and an appreciation for each person’s individual experiences.

Outside of the therapy room, Sara enjoys painting (although she’ll be the first to admit she’s still perfecting her skills!), music, and dancing—especially when there’s a cosplay theme involved. A former competitive dancer, she continues to bring her creativity, energy, and love of self-expression into both her life and her work.
