Meet Danielle Fine

Hi, I’m Danielle!

MSW, LCSW

Hello! I'm Danielle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, and mothers navigate life's challenges with confidence and support. I earned my Master's degree from the University of New England and provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs.

I work extensively with children and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. I enjoy helping individuals develop healthy coping skills, organizational skills, and self-images while supporting them through periods of growth, healing, and change. I am warm and nonjudgemental in sessions, I add in a healthy dose of humor when appropriate and I also value holding a safe space for kids and adults to express themselves when things get heavy. In addition, I have specialized training and experience in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based techniques to help clients identify patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and comfortable being themselves as they work toward their goals.

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely supported. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can openly discuss your concerns while feeling accepted and understood.

As both a therapist and a mother, I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, academic or social issues, organizational issues, low self- esteem, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, I will meet you where you are and help you develop practical tools to feel more confident and capable.

I value collaboration and believe every client brings strengths into therapy. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way of your well-being and create realistic goals that support lasting growth and positive change.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, life transitions, or relationship concerns, therapy is a collaborative process designed to help you gain insight, build resilience, and achieve lasting growth. Please feel free to call for a free 15 minute consult if you feel that I can be a good fit for you, and I am excited to help on your journey!
