Meet Isabella Zigman

Hi, I’m Isabella.

MSW, LSW

I am a licensed social worker and certified school social worker with experience providing counseling and behavioral support to young children, adolescents, and their families in the school setting. I have worked closely with children who experience anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, emotional regulation challenges, and behavioral concerns.

I work collaboratively with parents and guardians to help them better understand their child’s emotions and behaviors, offering practical, evidence-based strategies to reduce anxiety, manage challenging behaviors, and strengthen the parent-child relationship. I know how overwhelming this journey can feel, and I meet families with empathy, patience, and respect every step of the way.

I love creating a supportive and safe space where people can feel understood and encouraged to build confidence, coping skills, and foster immense growth.

My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, drawing from CBT-informed and behavioral interventions, child-centered play therapy, along with psychoeducation, to support both children and caretakers. I also have a strong interest in incorporating a holistic perspective, including the role of nutrition and movement, in supporting overall emotional well-being.
