Hi, I’m Janine — a trauma-informed, hope-focused psychotherapist who believes healing is possible for everyone.
My approach is deeply holistic and person-centered. I focus on strengthening your relationships (with yourself and others), uncovering the strengths you already possess, and helping you rediscover pockets of joy that may have been buried under stress or survival mode. I’m committed to using research-informed methods, so we’re always checking in and making sure our work together is truly helping you grow.

I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, pregnant and postpartum mothers, and new parents navigating the complexities of life, identity, and change. I draw from mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a range of evidence-based modalities — choosing what best supports your unique needs.

At the heart of therapy, I believe the greatest gift is a deeper understanding of yourself. In our sessions, I hold space for you to explore your inner world without judgment — your needs, your fears, your motivations, and your hopes. Therapy can be challenging, but I also believe it should feel human, warm, and sometimes even fun. So yes… expect to laugh with me.
