Meet Angela Giovanni

Hi! I’m Angela Giovanni, a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, respected, and comfortable being themselves from the very first session.

With children and teens, I use developmentally appropriate, engaging approaches such as play-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and creative techniques like drawing, storytelling, and expressive activities. My goal is to help younger clients build emotional awareness, confidence, and practical coping skills in a way that feels natural and approachable.

For adults, I offer a collaborative and goal-oriented approach focused on increasing insight, managing stress, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we work at your pace to identify patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward the life you want.

I believe that supporting clients means supporting the whole family. I work closely with parents and caregivers to provide guidance, tools, and strategies that reinforce progress outside of sessions.
